are absolutely sure that you will be delighted with our products. But,
because of the electronic nature of the material we cannot accept
returns.
If
an item is defective or damaged we will gladly replace it for the same
item at no cost to you.

before returning an item. All items returned without a RAN (Return Authorization Number)
will be rejected. Contact Bass Pro Tips customer service at [email protected]
to receive an RAN.
In most cases it
takes about 3-4 weeks to process a domestic return
(import merchandise may take longer). If after 6 weeks
you don't hear from us please notify customer service
immediately at [email protected].
**We recommend
that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are
not responsible for lost returns.
